TEAM PERMISSION AND RELEASE: I give permission, on behalf of the players and their parents, for the players to play in the Tournament(s). I understand that SESD BBALL Tourney, Harrisburg School District, Sioux Falls School District, Tea School District, Bartlett Basketball, Sacred Hoops Basketball, the sponsoring organizations, its committee members, and volunteers have no responsibility, assumes none, and do not carry accident insurance for the benefit of players. By participating in the tournament, I as the registrar, all players, parent of players, and guardians of players, SESD BBALL Tourney, Harrisburg School District, Sioux Falls School District, Tea School District, Bartlett Basketball, Sacred Hoops Basketball, the sponsoring organizations, its committee members, and volunteers from all claims of any injuries and lost or stolen property which may occur while participating in this tournament. A competed waiver is required for all players that are participating in any of the tournaments managed by Southeast South Dakota Basketball tournaments. Remember you only are required to complete this once if your roster does not change. Any players you add would have to sign a waiver as well. The waiver can be accessed at the following link: Waiver and Rules and must be on file prior to your first tournament and/or game.

Weather Policy: In the event a tournament is canceled due to weather, refunds will be issued as follows.

If the tournament is canceled prior to the start of play, a $75 refund per team will be issued to the original method of payment.
If the tournament is canceled after play has begun, a $50 refund per team will be issued to the original method of payment.
As an alternative, teams may choose to transfer their full registration fee to a future tournament operated by SESD Basketball Tournaments.

Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be applied toward a future tournament operated by SESD Basketball Tournaments.
