During games, the only occupants in the gym are theplayers, coaches, and spectators for the teams that are playing.
The next teams would need to wait to enter the gym until the previous teams left and the tournament staff is able to clean.
Scorekeeper and timekeepers will be supplies
Concessions would consist of pre-packaged food and drink only.

If you have submitted a waiver earlier in the season, you can skip this step. If you have not, please download at this link: https://sesdbasketballtournaments.weebly.com/waiver-and-rules.html The waiver is required to be completed for all players that are participating in any of the tournaments run by Southeast South Dakota Basketball tournaments. Remember you only have to complete this once if your roster does not change. Any players you add would have to sign a waiver as well: Coaches, Once the waiver is complete scan it to your computer and visit the same link and upload the waiver. (Preferred method to minimize contacts)
•. Player/Team Management:
All player's parents must sign a waiver that states that all sponsoring organizations are not responsible for accidents and contracting viruses.
Team coaches are responsible to ensure that their teams and spectators are adhering to the CoVID guidelines for the tournament along with any facility limitations as well.
All players and coaches must wear a mask before and after their scheduled game.
No post-game contact Post-Game team meetings will occur outside of the venue.
It is suggested that spectators bring exact change for admission fees.
Spectators will need to bring their own chairs as space will be limited and SEATING WILLNOT BE SUPPLIED
It is suggested that spectators WEAR MASKS within each facility.
Masks WILL NOT be supplied.
Refusal to comply can and may lead to your team forfeiting the game.
