TEAM PERMISSION AND RELEASE: I certify that I have permission, on behalf of all players and their parents/guardians, for the team to participate in tournaments managed by SESD Basketball Tournaments. I understand and acknowledge that SESD Basketball Tournaments, Harrisburg School District, Sioux Falls School District, Tea School District, CYAL Basketball, Avera/Warwick Basketball, and all sponsoring organizations, committee members, and volunteers assume no responsibility and do not carry accident insurance for players' benefit.
By registering for and participating in this tournament, I, as the team registrar, along with all players, parents, and guardians, release and hold harmless SESD Basketball Tournaments and the above-named organizations, sponsors, committee members, and volunteers from any and all claims related to injuries, illness, or lost or stolen property that may occur while participating in this tournament.
A completed player waiver is required for all participants in any tournament managed by SESD Basketball Tournaments. Waivers only need to be completed once per season, provided the team roster does not change. Any players added to the roster must complete a waiver before participating. All waivers must be on file before the team’s first game and can be accessed at the following link: Waiver and Rules.

Weather Policy: In the event a tournament is canceled due to weather, refunds will be issued as follows.

If the tournament is canceled prior to the start of play, a $75 refund per team will be issued to the original method of payment.
If the tournament is canceled after play has begun, a $50 refund per team will be issued to the original method of payment.
As an alternative, teams may choose to transfer their full registration fee to a future tournament operated by SESD Basketball Tournaments.

Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be applied toward a future tournament operated by SESD Basketball Tournaments.
