IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU COMPLETE AND UPLOAD YOUR WAIVER PRIOR TO THE FIRST TOURNAMENT YOU ATTEND. NOTE THAT THIS WILL ONLY NEED TO BE COMPLETED ONCE FOR THE ENTIRE WINTER SEASON.
Weather Policy:
In the event a tournament is canceled due to weather, refunds will be issued as follows.

- If the tournament is canceled prior to the start of play, a $75 refund per team will be issued to the original method of payment.
- If the tournament is canceled after play has begun, a $50 refund per team will be issued to the original method of payment.
- As an alternative, teams may choose to transfer their full registration fee to a future tournament operated by SESD Basketball Tournaments.
