Team preregistration is required for South East South Dakota Youth Basketball Tournament. It only takes a few moments and can be submitted via mail-in form or on-line.

The best way to ensure your team is entered into this Tournament is to preregister your team online and be sure your registration fees are received or arrangements have been made with the Tournament Director before the registration deadline. Teams will be entered on a first-come/paid, first-entered basis.

**1st and 2nd place will be offered a spot in the SESD Champs Tourney held on 2/17 & 2/18/2023.**

Register & Pay On-line Method (Preferred):
You may cancel your registration anytime up to the date of the registration deadline.  Any cancellations after the tournament registration deadlines results in forfeiture of your registration fees

Each Session is $160.00 per tournament. (discounts are offered for multiple teams and multi-tournament)

    ​​WINTER REC TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION FORM:
    TEAM PERMISSION AND RELEASE: I give permission, on behalf of the players and their parents, for the players to play in the Tournament(s).  I understand that SESD BBALL Tourney, Harrisburg School District, Sioux Falls School District, Tea School District, Bartlett Basketball, Sacred Hoops Basketball, the sponsoring organizations, its committee members, and volunteers have no responsibility, assumes none, and do not carry accident insurance for the benefit of players. By participating in the tournament, I as the registrar, all players, parent of players, and guardians of players, SESD BBALL Tourney, Harrisburg School District, Sioux Falls School District, Tea School District, Bartlett Basketball, Sacred Hoops Basketball, the sponsoring organizations, its committee members, and volunteers from all claims of any injuries and lost or stolen property which may occur while participating in this tournament.  A competed waiver is required for all players that are participating in any of the tournaments managed by Southeast South Dakota Basketball tournaments.  Remember you only are required to complete this once if your roster does not change.   Any players you add would have to sign a waiver as well.  The waiver can be accessed at the following link: Waiver and Rules and must be on file prior to your first tournament and/or game.  ​
*Weather policy:   If tournament is canceled due to weather prior to the first day of the tournament then all but $50.00 of your fees are returned.  If the tournament begins then all but $75.00 of your fees are returned.
